Any license or registration that has not been renewed within 60 days of the renewal date is cancelled for non-payment and cannot be renewed online. A re-instatement application must be filed. It is illegal to work on an expired license or registration.

Make sure to have the following information before you begin the online renewal process:
  1. Your first and last name as they appear on your current license;
  2. Your social security number;
  3. Your license number;
  4. A current American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover account;
  5. The expiration date of the American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover account.

All information entered will be encrypted, so your data will be transmitted safely and securely.

Once you have the above information in front of you, read the instructions below and begin the renewal process. To begin the renewal process, fill in the fields with the information requested and click the Submit & Continue button. You will have a chance to review all information for accuracy before final submission. While you are in the renewal process, please do not use your browser's back button. If at any time you wish to exit the renewal process, please click the Exit button at the bottom of the page.

Remember to prefix your License Number with RPh. Do not add a space between the prefix and the number.
